IDEA SUBMISSION AGREEMENT
I have read the Statement of Policy for the Submission of Ideas to CLIMB. I agree to the following conditions:
1. CLIMB did not solicit the submission of my idea, suggestion, or invention (“Idea”) and is considering my Idea only at my request.
2. I am voluntarily disclosing my Idea on a non-confidential basis and agree there is no confidential relationship established between me and CLIMB to treat my Idea in confidence.
4. Unless disclosed in writing on the Idea Submission Form, I warrant that I am the true owner of the disclosed Idea and that the publicity of the volunteered information does not infringe on any other party’s rights or proprietary interest in the disclosed idea.
5. I do not hereby give CLIMB any rights under any patents or copyrights I now have or may later obtain covering my Idea, but I do hereby release CLIMB from any liability in connection therewith.
6. I accept that my Idea may be included in an internal database of submitted ideas for review and evaluation and that the provided non-confidential information can receive publicity in accordance to CLIMBs objectives.
